Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of construction areas and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of senior tradespeople.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and mix concrete for various projects.
- Perform basic measurements and site cleanup to ensure a safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
