Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a professional environment.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (if certified).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials to and from designated work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and variable weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
