Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards and debris.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
