- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Support skilled trades with material loading/unloading and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform general labor tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in team-based construction activities as directed
- Adapt to project-specific requirements and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to wear provided PPE (safety boots, gloves, vest)
