Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under low-light conditions
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and demolition work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
