Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Assist skilled tradespeople in framing, roofing, and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Unload and organize construction materials at the job site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not strictly required for qualified candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands.
