Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and jackhammers (if certified).
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver them to job sites.
- Perform routine site maintenance and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and standing.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
