Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, hauling materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with on-site duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Unload and stock materials from trucks and organize them for easy access.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
