Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and footings as directed by the site supervisor.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools, ensuring they are used safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Set up temporary scaffolding and barricades for site safety.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in construction labor is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
