Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with project tasks
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate basic tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Complete physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Participate in team projects with punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Reliable transportation to job sites
