Job Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials from trucks to job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and construction regulations.
- Perform site cleanup, excavation, and preparation duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
