Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
