Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge preferred; full training provided
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with clear communication skills
