Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, tool setup, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, safe job sites following OSHA standards and protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form installation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
