Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with specific project tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activity to management immediately.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
