Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job instructions.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and trucks.
- Support site preparation and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project needs arise.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
