Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding project status and site requirements.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (FL required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
