Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools (forklifts, jackhammers) with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and general site preparation.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Unload and organize construction materials to keep the job site efficient and safe.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and free of hazards before, during, and after shifts.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Collaborate with foremen and other crew members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Strong commitment to OSHA safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
