Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Operate light equipment (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Report hazards and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, levels) preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (will train if not certified)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be authorized to work in the US
