Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and trenching
- Report safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour days
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed)
