Key Duties:
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site daily.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Strictly follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
