Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, demolition, debris removal, and concrete work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Support team coordination and communication with project managers
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
