Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and concrete finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as directed
- Assist with scaffolding setup and basic equipment operation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in teams
- Must have own basic safety gear (steel-toe boots, gloves)
