Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor tasks safely and efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery including jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or equivalent physical work background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site mobility
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
