Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform digging, tamping, and leveling of ground for foundations or structures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in demolition and debris removal when required.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
