Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Unload, organize, and distribute construction materials at job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed to support skilled tradespeople.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
