Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, rocks, and other materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Assist in the operation of hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled personnel.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with company policies.
- Demolition & Removal: Assist in the dismantling of structures and removal of waste.
- Assistance: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and other trades as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Teamwork: Must work well in a team environment and get along with coworkers.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
