Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including concrete pouring, framing, and drywall installation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform minor site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties as directed.
- Read and understand basic blueprints, work orders, and safety instructions.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous experience in construction labor, general labor, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
