Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic inspections and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets).
- Respond to emergency service calls during night hours and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan the best course of action for complex repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local Dallas building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning up debris and properly disposing of waste materials.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and materials used accurately in the company dispatch system.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with customers and dispatchers.
- Driving: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs), climb ladders, and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Tools: Must possess a basic set of hand tools.
