Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Safety First: Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
