Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Support: Clean, maintain, and organize tools and equipment under the guidance of foremen or skilled tradespeople.
- Basic Labor: Perform general labor duties including mixing concrete, sweeping, and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Assistance: Help skilled workers with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Reliability: Consistent track record of punctuality and dependability.
