Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and task instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
