Responsibilities
- Execute construction site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Read and interpret construction blueprints
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Class B CDL license or ability to obtain
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- WA State Driver's License required
