Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Electrician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. This is a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Install, modify, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems according to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Ensure all work is completed with a focus on safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical work.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or system failures.
- Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor and maintenance team regarding project status and issues.
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and blueprints.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
