Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain cleaning techniques
- Perform basic plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Complete apprenticeship training modules
- Participate in emergency call rotations (after training)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
