Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain job site cleanliness and organize materials for optimal workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform site inspections and report hazards to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-4pm)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
