Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial builds
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervisor guidance
- Complete daily shift reports and project documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work weekends in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
