Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervisor guidance
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing operations
- Perform cleanup and waste management procedures daily
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional weekend crews
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- No experience required - paid training provided
- Reliable transportation to job sites across OKC metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
