- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise execution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings for alignment on goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge (training provided)
- Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
