Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment before and after shifts
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with site supervisors
- Support site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
