Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material preparation
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and cleanup
- Assist in reading blueprints and following project specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) 6am-4pm
