Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install/assemble structural components under supervisor guidance
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex weekend projects
- Perform quality checks on completed installations
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly in outdoor conditions
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Basic blueprint reading proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
