Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete work, and installations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Perform cleanup and site restoration activities after shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction terminology
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
