Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Support team members during critical construction phases
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-4PM)
