Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, levels) under supervisor guidance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces per specifications
- Perform quality checks on completed work to meet industry standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift duration
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
