Your Responsibilities

- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by sweeping, hauling debris, and removing trash.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific instructions.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using pencils, chalk, and measuring tapes.
- Transport tools and materials from storage areas to work sites as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work part-time hours and weekends if required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- No prior construction experience required, but a positive attitude is a must.
