Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain job site organization and safety standards
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members
- Support infrastructure projects including foundations, framing, and finishing
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Pass background check and drug screening
