Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily cleanup and waste disposal duties
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
