Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks with precision
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and heavy machinery safely
- Interpret blueprints and schematics for structural accuracy
- Maintain job site cleanliness and OSHA compliance protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Perform safety inspections and hazard mitigation daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and situational awareness
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
