Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades in framing, concrete pouring, and demolition work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans accurately
- Transport materials using wheelbarrows, forklifts, or carts as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
